Returns

We want your Gemmicho toy to arrive in good condition and feel right for your order.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Window

For physical goods, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To start a return, contact us with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Condition

Returned items should be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging when possible.

Because 3D printed toys are made layer by layer, small surface lines or slight texture variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and help make it right.
